Funeral services for Leanna Bell McCutcheon, 95, of Plainview will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Happy Union Baptist Church with Brian C. Prince, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Memorial Park under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. A visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mrs. McCutcheon died Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2010, in Plainview. She was born Feb. 23, 1915, in Rosebud, Texas, to Earl and Eliza Bell. She married Roland McCutcheon Sr. on Nov. 8, 1947, in Plainview. He died in May 1996. She was a lifetime member of Emmanuel Church of God in Christ. Survivors include seven sons, Bill Carter of Giddings, Clydis McCutcheon of Groesbeck, Robert Sneed and his wife, Betty, of Fort Worth, Charlie Sneed of Houston, John Sneed of Grand Prairie, Roland McCutcheon Jr. of Denver and Lawrence McCutcheon and his wife, Mina, of Huntington Beach, Calif.; three daughters, Johnnie Mae Trotter of Amarillo and Kathleen Jackson and Ruby Riggins, both of Plainview; 39 grandchildren; 74 great-grandchildren; and 45 great-great-grandchildren. Her parents, Earl and Eliza Bell; her husband, Roland McCutcheon Sr.; two sons, Noland and Larry McCutcheon; one daughter, Audry Sneed Wooley; two brothers, Henry Evan and Chester L. Uddley; and five sisters, Bobbie Carter, Rether Austin, Jeraldine Nichols, Fannie Johnson and Addie Bell, are deceased.
