Graveside services for Wilma Clark, 96 of Lubbock will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 27, 2016 in Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park Cemetery with Ron Huckeby officiating. The family will receive friends at 1:30 p.m. in the Peaceful Gardens Chapel prior to the graveside. Services are under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home of Plainview. Wilma died Sunday, October 23 in Lubbock. She was born on January 10, 1920 in Charleston, Texas to William O. and Homie Elmore Wright. She married Elton Clark on September 9, 1939 in Paris, Texas. She was a Southern Baptist, enjoyed people and loved gardening. She is survived by 4 daughters, Donna and Cecil Womack, Jane Carter, Lindy Clark and Cindy Hagerman all of Lubbock; 2 sons, John and Ricky Clark both of Lubbock; 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
