Memorial services for Virginia Ramos Castro, 38 of Plainview will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Bartley Memorial Chapel with Minister T.C. Collins officiating. A rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Virginia died Tuesday, February 21, in Plainview. She was born August 28, 1978 in Hale Center, Texas to Martin and Victoria Ramos. Virginia loved cooking and barbecuing outside. She graduated from Kaplan College with honors and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She is survived by 1 daughter, Victoria Ramos and Ricardo Espinoza of Plainview; 2 sons, Joseph and Josiah Castro both of Plainview; her parents, Martin and Victoria Ramos of Plainview; 1 brother, Martin Ramos, Jr. of Plainview; 4 sisters, Rosemary and Jessie Maldonado and Margarita and T.C. Collins both of Plainview, Maria and Tony Amador of Datona, FL and Emily and Jaime Rodriguez of Amarillo; 3 grandchildren, Athena, Melina and Leonidas Espinoza and several nieces and nephews who she loved very much.
