Tony Gonzales passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2025, in Plainview, TX. A Rosary will be held on Sunday, February 23, 2025, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Bartley Memorial Chapel. Mass will be held Monday, February 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Plainview, TX, with Father George Poonley officiating. Interment to follow at Plainview Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the supervision of Bartley Funeral Home of Plainview.

Tony Gonzales was born on August 8, 1963, to Fred and Celia Gonzales in Plainview, Texas. He had a good soul and enjoyed martial arts. Tony took pride in his automotive painting skills and loved customizing his cars. He worked at Walmart Distribution in Plainview. Tony was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Traveling was one of his passions, and he visited places such as Alaska, Mexico, New Mexico, and California. Additionally, Tony enjoyed grilling and cooking out.

Tony is preceded in death by his parents, Fred D. and Celia Gonzales; one brother, Alfredo Gonzales; and one brother-in-law, Saul Bernal.

Those left to cherish Tony's memory are his sisters, Christine Bernal of Plainview, TX; Cynthia and husband Federico Mancias of Little Elm, TX, Julie and Lorenzo Medina of Lubbock, TX; his brothers, Manuel and wife Diane Gonzales of Plainview, TX, and Gilbert Gonzales of Plainview, TX.
