Funeral mass for Tomas Perez, Jr., 76 of Plainview will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday July 6, 2012 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Rev. Arsenio Redulla officiating. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home.

Mr. Perez passed away on July 2, 2012 in Plainview. He was born on August 21, 1935 in Kennedy, TX to Anita Diaz and Tomas Perez II. He married Maria Mendez on May 19, 1960 in Kennedy, TX. Tomas worked at Excel and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Plainview.

Survivors include his wife Maria of Plainview; 3 sons, Raymond Perez and wife Anita, Carlos Perez and wife Tonya, Thomas Perez all of Plainview; 4 daughters, Elodia Saucedo, Gloria Perez both of Plainview, Irma Perez of Spade, TX, Mary Ann Carey and husband Ruben of Alice, TX.
