A Celebration of Life Service for Thomas "Tommy" West, 54, of Plainview, will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Bartley Memorial Chapel with Pastor David Hawkins officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the personal care of Bartley Funeral Home. Tommy passed from this life on March 30, 2018 in Lubbock.

Tommy was born on February 10, 1964 in Sweetwater. He and his three siblings, Jeannie, Sandra, and Randy, were adopted by Delmar and Betty West. He attended and graduated from Plainview High School. He worked at Thomas Lewis Industries for several years, Plainview ISD, and he was the Groundskeeper at Plainview Country Club.

Tommy was a fun person to be around. He loved to visit his sister in Matador, enjoyed going on road trips, camping, fishing, baseball, eating out, and most of all he loved to play with his nieces and nephews. He was such a sweet person and he will be greatly missed.

Tommy is survived by his siblings; Randy West and wife Dana of Amarillo, and Jeannie Moore and husband Kyle of Matador, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Delmar and Betty West, and his sister; Sandra Hayes.
