Mass of Catholic Burial for Rosa (Sanchez) Reyes will be at 11 a.m. Monday, May 15, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Monsignor Arsenio Redulla officiating. Burial will follow at the Plainview Cemetery. A remembrance is set for 1-8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Bartley Funeral Home. A Rosary will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Bartley Memorial Chapel on Sunday, May 14. She died Thursday, May 11, 2017 in Plainview. She was born April 25, 1937 in Bracketville, TX to Manuel P. Sanchez and Catarina Martinez. She married Miguel Reyes, Sr. June 10, 1964. She is survived by 6 daughters; Francisca Guerra, Diana Rodriguez, Sylvia R. Fuentes, Norma R. Villa, Gloria R. Hernandez, and Betty Jo Villa, 2 sons; Eusebio Reyes, and Pedro Reyes, 1 brother; Manuel Sanchez, and one sister; Elena Martinez, 30 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Miguel Reyes Sr., her son Miguel Reyes Jr., her daughter Sally Reyes, 3 brothers; Daniel Sanchez, Paul Sanchez, Jesse Sanchez, Catarina Sanchez (mother) and Manuel P. Sanchez (father). Arrangements are under the care of Bartley Funeral Home of Plainview.
