Funeral services for Robert C. Black, 64 of Lubbock will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 15, 2016 at Bartley Memorial Chapel in Plainview with Ronald Huckeby officiating. Burial will be in City of Lubbock Cemetery under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. Mr. Black died Saturday, December 10 in Lubbock. He was born August 6, 1952 in Vernon, Texas to Carol and Lorene Draper Black. He was a truck driver and loved fishing, football and family time. He was a member of Wayne Avenue Baptist Church. He is survived by his mother, Lorene Stinson of Lubbock and 1 brother, Jerry Clifton Black of Lubbock. He is preceded in death by his father; 2 sisters, Linda and Kathy Black and 1 brother, Donald Black.
