Funeral services for Reuben Hauschild, 91 of Plainview will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at Bartley Memorial Chapel with Joe Hauschild officiating. Cremation will follow under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. He died Sunday May 27, 2012 in Plainview. He was born on October 18, 1920 in Shiner, Texas to John and Mattie Hauschild. He married Dorothy Lee Pool on July 11, 1940 in Brownsville, Texas. She died on July 14, 2009. He moved to Plainview in 1964. He was an over the road truck driver for over 30 years. Survivors include 1 Son, Joe Hauschild of Brandon, Florida; 1 Daughter, Loretta Washington of Plainview; 10 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren and 6 Great Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by, His wife, Dorothy Hauschild; 2 Sons, Reuben Ray Hauschild, Jr. and John W. Hauschild; and 1 Daughter, Hattie Height.
