It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ramon Garcia on November 16, 2025, in Silverton, TX. Arrangements are under the supervision of Bartley Funeral Home and Prairie View Crematory of Plainview, TX.

Ramon was born on November 20, 1943, to Juan Ramon Garcia and Maria Soledad Beltran Garcia in Chihuahua, MX. He married the love of his life, Rosa Elva (Olivas) Garcia, on December 19, 1963, in Chihuahua, MX.

Ramon was a cherished member of Our Lady of Loreto Catholic Church in Silverton, TX. Renowned for his warmth, generosity, and sociable spirit, he made lasting friendships wherever he went. Ramon's devotion to his children was profound, but his grandchildren were the true light of his life. As a dedicated farmer, he took immense pride in caring for his animals—goats, chickens, and his loyal dog, Mora. His talents extended well beyond the fields; he enjoyed building pens and tackling projects around the house, displaying a remarkable knack for engineering. Ramon found joy in preparing delicious meals with his family and was beloved for his captivating storytelling. He also delighted in dining out, exploring new places, and traveling. Whether visiting friends nearby or making trips to Mexico to reconnect with loved ones, Ramon embraced every moment with joy.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Rosa Elva (Olivas) Garcia of Silverton, TX; his children, Soledad Garcia of Plainview, TX, Cipriano "Cip" Garcia (Amy) of Amarillo, TX, Ramon Garcia Jr. (Yesenia) of Canyon, TX, and Hilda Rodriguez (Gerardo "Jerry") of Canyon, TX; his sister, Rosa Maria Beltran of Silverton, TX; his brothers, Luis Garcia (Concepcion) of Odessa, TX, Martin Garcia of Odessa, TX, Carlos Garcia (Filomena) of Silverton, TX; ten grandchildren, Emily Garcia, Noel Bribiesca, Brewster Garcia, Sarah Bribiesca, Bianca Rodriguez, Kaylee Rodriguez, Evelyn Garcia, Livia Rodriguez, Adrian Garcia and Joaquin Rodriguez: one great grandchild, Alysea Bribiesca; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Ramon is preceded in death by his parents, Ramon Garcia and Maria Soledad Beltran Garcia; his daughter, Hilda Garcia; his sister, Rafaela Mendoza; and his brother, Gustavo Garcia.
