Quincy Allen Hall, 68, of Plainview, Texas, departed this earthly world and entered heaven's gates on March 14, 2024. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday March 23, 2024, at New Jerusalem Church in Plainview, Texas with Rev. H.K. Thomas officiating and Rev. Dr. Gregory Franklin, Sr. presenting the Eulogy. Viewing will start at 10:00 a.m. at the church. Arrangements are under the care of Bartley Funeral Home.
Quincy Allen "Snake" Hall was born to L.C. & Corene Hall on May 10th , 1955. He united with New Hope Baptist church at an early age and was baptized. He attended Smith High School in Caldwell, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents, L.C. & Corene Hall, 2 sisters Ethel Vernell Thomas and Charles Etta Smoots; 4 brothers Lester French, Napoleon Hall and LC Hall Jr. and Bobby Hall. And 1 grandson Aundrae Hall Jr. He is survived by 1 son: Aundrae Deshawn Hall, 4 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren. 1 Brother; Wayne Hall, 1 sister; Yvonne Franklin and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and family that loved him dearly.
Quincy worked for the City of Plainview for many years. He also worked many years in Caldwell, Tx. His son was the "apple of his eye" He had sweet, quiet spirit. He loved his family dearly and was known as a "jokester." He loved fishing and will be remembered for his flavorful choice of words and his amazing dancing skills. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family.
