Pedro Armendariz suddenly passed away on February 11, 2024, at his home in Amarillo, Texas.  A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at Bartley Memorial Chapel from 2:00 – 5:00 PM.  A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 18, 2024, at Bartley Memorial Chapel at 4:00 PM with Pastor Steve Martinez officiating.

Pedro (Peter rabbit) Armendariz was a loving kind man who enjoyed life. Peter was raised by his grandparents Pedro and Adelaida Luna in Plainview, Tx. Peter's greatest moments were when his three children were born. Pedro, Autumn, and Adam! He loved being a father! Peter enjoyed the simple things fishing, drawing, listening to his bone-thugs and harmony music, or just finding anything to do outside. Peter also enjoyed being with his cousins, siblings, and friends. Lots of mischiefs as a kid, paint-balling, being out on the ranch, or just hanging out! Peter was a loving brother, father, cousin, and friend. Peter will forever be loved and missed.

He is survived by his three children, Pedro D. Armendariz, Autumn Brooke Armendariz and Adam Xavier Armendariz, all of Plainview, TX; his two sisters, Yvette Marquez and Isabel Lomeli both of Amarillo, TX; his brother, Jose Marquez of Amarillo, TX;  his beloved grandchildren, Raiden Armendariz, Ulyses Enriquez, Ezeriah Enriquez, Gael Armendariz and Lorenzo Gonzales; plus his cousins, nieces and nephews.

Pedro was preceded in death by his mother, Maria Luna and his grandparents, Pedro and Adeliada Luna.
