Graveside services for Pearl Clinton, 83 of Plainview will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 2, 2016 in Plainview Cemetery. A celebration of life service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at College Heights Baptist Church with Rev. Jason Smith officiating. Services are under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. Mrs. Clinton died Tuesday, January 26 in Lubbock. She was born July 26, 1932 in Sudan, Texas to Will Cleve and Lucille (Callicutt) Hollers. She married Edgar L. Clinton on September 1, 1951 in Lubbock, TX. Pearl was a Poodle Groomer for many years until Edgar became ill. They also gave pony rides in Plainview and raised milk goats. She was a member of College Heights Baptist Church. She is survived by 2 sons, Michael Clinton and wife Lori and Kenney Clinton and wife Deborah both of Plainview; 1 daughter, Kathy Campbell and husband David of Lubbock; 1 brother, Don Hollers of Lubbock; 1 brother-in-law, Lee Roy Clinton of Denver City, TX; 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by, her husband, Edgar; 1 son, Edgar "Skeeter" Clinton, Jr. and 2 brothers, J.M. and Bill Hollers.
