A Memorial service for Pablo T. Gonzalez, 57, of Kress, will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, November 17, 2017 in Bartley Memorial Chapel with Oscar Chavez-Area Community Hospice Chaplain officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. Mr. Gonzalez passed from this life on November 11, 2017 in Kress surrounded by family.

Pablo was born on February 28, 1960 in Monterey, Mexico to David and Eustolia (Trejo) Gonzalez. He was a Commercial Truck Driver for 35 years. He married the love of his life, Maria Casas, on March 9, 2017 in Plainview.

Pablo loved to cook, watch movies, camp out, music, sports (especially his Dallas Cowboys), and travel with Maria on his truck. He also enjoyed being with his family, spoiling his grandkids, and fishing. He was a collector of guitars and unique looking knives.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife; Maria Gonzalez of Kress, his children; Tabitha Perez and husband Joe Perez, Jr., of Kress, Paula Ramirez and husband Titus of Lubbock, and Mikheal Boswell of Washington, his parents; David and Eustolia Gonzalez of Houston, siblings; Hortencia Salazar of Houston, Delores Herrera and husband Albert of San Antonio, Joe "JT" Gonzalez and wife Reyna of Houston, Anthony Gonzalez and his spouse Larry Egle of Houston, and David Gonzalez and his spouse Darren Fehring of Houston, eight grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by one brother.
