Norma Kerns, 86, of Plainview, passed away peacefully covered in prayers by those who loved her on December 29, 2021. Memorial services will be held on a later date.

Norma was born on July 8th, 1935 to Raymond and Mildred (Marsh) Warren in Clarksville, Texas. She graduated from Lockney High in 1955. Norma returned to West Texas in 2018 to be around loved ones. She will be deeply missed.

Those left to cherish the memory of Norma are her children; John Kerns and wife, Maryann, of Wasilla, Alaska, Kay Kerns Knox and husband, Bobby, of Arizona, and Laura Zumwalt and husband, Johnny, of Abilene, Texas. Norma was also blessed with a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Norma is preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Mildred (Marsh) Warren, a son; Joe Kerns, and several brothers and sisters.
