A memorial service for Marlene "Molly" Sammann Snelson, 77 of Lubbock, formerly of Plainview will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday February 4, 2012 at South Park Baptist Church (2202 82nd St) in Lubbock with Rev. Doug Kello officiating. Interment will follow at Plainview Cemetery. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. She died on Sunday January 29, 2012 in Lubbock. She was born on July 6, 1934 in Plainview. She was a florist and a graduate of Plainview High School. Survivors include three sons, David Snelson and wife Carol of Amarillo, Bobby Snelson of Odessa, Larry Snelson and wife Kathy of Lubbock; one daughter, Karen Snelson of Lubbock; one sister, Norma Long of Lubbock; 7 Grandchildren and 2 Great-Grandchildren.
