Maria Elena Garcia, 60, of Plainview, TX, passed from this life on March 26, 2019. A memorial service will be held at Kingdom Hall (Jehovah's Witness) in Plainview, Texas on Friday, March 29, 2019 at 10 a.m.

Maria was born on November 11, 1958 to Nicolas and Nicolosa Garcia in Levelland, Texas. She worked at Amigos until she got sick. Maria was a wonderful woman who loved making people laugh and feeling loved in every way possible. Maria was a great artist and cook. You couldn't turn away from her food. She also enjoyed fishing. She was a faithful witness of Jeovah no matter if she was sick she did her part in serving Jehovah god.

Maria was a loving mother of three and deeply enjoyed being a grandmother. She was a positive and uplifting woman who loved with her entire being. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children; Phillip Navarro and wife, Priscilla, of Plainview, Texas, Nickie Smith and husband, Brandon, of Iowa Park, Texas, and Casey Navarro and wife, Kimberly of Brady, Texas, siblings; Mingo Martinez, David Martinez, Refugio Garcia, Kathy Gonzales, Johnny Garcia, Martin Garcia, Modesta Garcia, Alice Garcia, Elissa Garcia, and Angie Garcia. Maria was blessed with 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren

She is preceded in death by her father; Nicolas Garcia.
