Margaret Rebecca Livesay (nee Wilson) went peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 in Lubbock, TX. She was 77. Mrs. Livesay was born on February 7, 1939 in Gainsville, TX to her parents, William R and Euna Faye Wilson. She married JT Livesay in Clovis, NM, October 20, 1956. They resided in Plainview, TX where Margaret was a loving wife, mother and homemaker. Mrs. Livesay is survived by 4 daughters: Sharon E. Harrell, Colorado Springs, CO; Susan Wason, Colorado Springs, CO; Melinda and husband Marty Walters, Wolfforth, TX; Glenda Tucker, San Antonio, TX; and eight grandchildren: Lisa L. Mull of Lubbock TX, Sarah C. Schmalzried of Kress TX, Emily A. Wason of San Antonio, TX, Misty M. Walters of Lubbock TX, Mason R. Walters of Austin, TX, Molly A. Walters of Fort Worth TX, Airman John T. Tucker of Biloxi, MS., Katie E. Tucker of San Antonio TX. Margaret also hadtwo great-grandchildren; Carson G. James, and Taylor L. Mull. Five siblings; Norma Lightfoot and husband Thomas of Leoma, TN., William(Bill) Wilson and wife Pat of Amarillo, TX, Jimmy Wilson and wife Beverly of Keller TX, Mary Cobble and husband Jerry of Colorado Springs, CO., and Donna Whatley and husband Jim of Amarillo, TX. She is preceded in death by her of husband of 56 years, JT, two brothers Ronnie Wilson and Jerry Wilson. A memorial service to honor Margaret, will be held January 21, 2017, 2:00 p.m. at Bartley Funeral Chapel in Plainview, TX. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Mrs. Livesay's life.
