Funeral Mass for Marcelino Godino, 90 of Hart will be at 3:00 p.m. Monday, July 7, 2014 at St. John's Catholic Church in Hart with Father Ken Keller officiating. Burial will follow in Hart Cemetery under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. A rosary will be said at 6 p.m. Sunday, July 6 at Bartley Memorial Chapel. Mr. Godino passed away Thursday, July 3, 2014. He was born on July 18, 1923 in Luling, Texas. Marcelino married Juanita Camarillo in 1946 in Reynosa. He is survived by 6 sons, Ignacio Godino and wife Rosie of Plainview, Marcelino Godino of Plainview, Phillip Godino and wife Yolanda of Lufkin, Gilbert Godino and wife Sabina of Plainview, Robert Godino and wife Roseann of Amarillo and Ricky Godino and wife Sylvia of Hart; 3 daughters, Irma Howe and husband Kenneth of Plainview, Gloria Godino and husband Manuel Ramirez of Hart and Janie Gonzales and husband Rene of Lubbock; 37 Grandchildren, 73 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Juanita; son, Guadalupe "Wally" Godino; grandson, Gilbert Orlando Godino and 5 brothers.
