Lori Gallardo, 50, of Plainview Texas, passed away peacefully on March 24, 2024, surrounded by her family. Lori was born on February 6, 1974, to Luis DeLuna and Betty Gallardo in Hale Center, Texas. She married Anthony Alaniz in April 2016, in Plainview, Texas.

Lori was a hard worker for most of her life working various jobs before retiring from the prison in 2016.  She was a beloved mother and grandmother. She loved to cook and spend time with her family. She enjoyed listening to all genres of music. Watching football was one of her favorite pastimes rooting for the Cowboys and the Chiefs. She was an avid Mahomes fan and liked to play Loteria.

Those left to cherish her memories are her husband, Anthony Alaniz of Floydada. Her mother, Betty Gallardo of Plainview. Her children, Joel and wife Jennifer Martinez of Plainview, Breann and husband Adrian Cortez of Quanah, Meghan and Rolando Gill of Plainview, and Pascual Holguin of Plainview. Her sister, Gina Gallardo and Ismael Rodriguez of Plainview. Her Brother, Christopher and Laura Gallardo of Plainview.  Her grandchildren, Jael Martinez, Enzo Martinez, Kaylee Foster, Maximus Cortez, Julia Cortez, Joshua Gill, and Hezekiah Holguin.

She is preceded in death by her father Luis DeLuna and her grandmother Julia Gallardo.
