Lillie Pearl Williams, 90, of Plainview, TX, passed from this life on February 4,2019. A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, February 9, 2019, at Plainview First Assembly at 1 p.m. Interment will follow at Plainview Memorial Park under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home.

Lillie Pearl Williams was born in Dekalb, Texas to A.D. Shaw and Bertha Smith on September 16, 1928.

After moving to Plainview at an early age, she met and married Billy Joe Williams. To this union, six children were born. She worked at the Hilton Hotel, Nu Griddle Café, and then went to Wee Care Child Center until retirement in 1991 at the age of 63. She was a wonderful mother, devoted grandmother, an awesome great-grandmother, a loving sister, and a friend to many. She was the glue that held her family together.
