Funeral services for Larry Ruiz, 49 of Plainview will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 2, 2016 at Abundant Grace with Pastor Joe Barrera officiating. Burial will follow in Plainview Memorial Park under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. Larry died Wednesday, April 27 in Lubbock. He was born August 29, 1966 in Lubbock to Oscar and Margarita (Rangel) Ruiz. He is survived by mother of his daughters Michaelle Gaitan of Plainview, 2 daughters, LeAnn and Angel Ruiz both of Plainview; his mother, Margarita Ruiz of Plainview; 3 brothers, Oscar Ruiz, Jr. and Danny Ruiz both of Plainview and Abel Ruiz of Iowa; 1 nephew, Kci Ruiz of Plainview; and several other nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father, Oscar Ruiz, Sr.
