Graveside services for Juan D. Tapia Sotelo, 71 of Plainview will be at 4:00 p.m. Friday September 7, 2012 in Chihuahua, Mexico. A prayer service was held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at Bartley Memorial Chapel. Local arrangements are under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. Mr. Tapia Sotelo died on Monday, September 3, 2012 in Lubbock.
