Funeral Mass for Juan M. Aranda, Sr. 40 of Plainview will be at 12:00 P.M. Friday, June 1, 2012 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Rev. Raymundo Manriquez officiating. Burial will follow at Parklawn Memorial Gardens under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Mr. Aranda died Tuesday May 29, 2012 in Plainview. Those surviving are His Wife, Maria Aranda of Plainview; 5 Sons, Juan Aranda, Jr. of Plainview, Julian Aranda of Lubbock, Jesus Aranda, Leonardo Aranda and Benito Aranda all of Plainview; His Mother, Francisca Aranda of Plainview; 6 Brothers, Horacio Aranda of Victoria, Mexico, Jose Aranda of Chicago, Javier Aranda of Juarez, Mexico, Julian Aranda of Lubbock, Israel Aranda of Plainview and Efrain Aranda of Lubbock; 1 Sister, Dora Aranda of Plainview; 2 Grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by His Father, Julian Aranda.
