Funeral services celebrating the life of Joe Hill Jr., 59, of Plainview, will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 21, 2022 in Bartley Memorial Chapel with Pastor Taylor Lassiter from College Heights officiating. Cremation is under the direction Bartley Funeral Home.  Interment of cremated remains will be at a later date in Olton Cemetery.

Joe passed away on January 4, 2022 in Plainview.  He was born November 1, 1962 in Plainview to Joe, Sr. and Liddie Hill.  He worked as a farmer, enjoyed many hobbies including, bowling, movies and spending time with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe, Sr. and Liddie Hill, and a brother Eddie.  He is survived by his brothers, Ray Hill of Wolfforth, Lester Hill of Lubbock; sisters Betty Colbert of Lubbock and Luella Taylor of Plainview; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
