Joe Garcia, 55 of Plainview passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2015 in Lubbock. He was born February 29, 1960 in Plainview to Pablo and Alejandra (Moreno) Garcia. He is survived by his wife, Norma Garcia; 1 son, Joe Garcia; 2 daughters, Pearl Garcia and Vanessa Garcia; grandchildren, Alex Ross, Eyanha Garcia, Zameer Castaneda, Devlyn Chance, Markavin Jones, Mackenzie Elvir and Gavin Garcia; brothers, Juan Garcia, Segundo Garcia and Pedro Almendarez. He is preceded in death by 1 daughter, Vivian Garcia Castaneda, a granddaughter, Charlie and both parents. An open visitation and viewing will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, April 2, 2015 at Bartley Funeral Home.
