Memorial services for Jerald O. Allen, 52 of Plainview will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at Bartley Memorial Chapel.
A viewing will be held Monday, September 14 from 9 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Allen died Thursday, September 10, 2015 in Lubbock. He was born August 25, 1963 to James and Bennie Allen. He is survived by his mother, Bennie Jennings of Plainview; 5 sisters, Wanda F. Allen of Plainview, Sharon Allen of Amarillo, Vanessa Allen of Houston, Kaneci Daily of Waco and Bridget Allen; 4 brothers, Jamie Allen, Lyndon Allen of Longview, Dennis Allen of Tulia and Kenneth Ray Allen of Amarillo; 1 step-brother, Pastor Ed Jennings and 3 step-sisters, Maudy, Cynthia and Sandra Jennings. He is preceded in death by his father, James Obie Allen, Sr.; brother, James Allen, Jr. and 2 nephews.
