Chapel Services for Jean K. Greenwood, 86, of Amarillo, will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, June 11, 2018 at Bartley Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm on Monday prior to the service. Interment will be held at Plainview Cemetery under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. Mrs. Greenwood passed from this life on June 7, 2018 in Amarillo.

Jean was born on September 25, 1931 in Plainview to Jim Bradley and Jennie Jennings. Jean worked for the State of Texas as a Meat Packaging Inspector for several years. She retired in 1994.

Jean enjoyed reading and going shopping. She loved life and most of all, she loved her family.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children; David Greenwood and wife Wanda of Lubbock, Laney Greenwood and her good friend Yolanda Lucero of Amarillo, Teresa Greenwood May of Granbury, and Laura Greenwood of Amarillo, her sister; Alberta Elliott of Plainview, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her mom; Jennie Jennings in 2004.
