Jana was born on November 7, 1967 to Jim and Judy Whatley in Amarillo, Texas. She was a long time resident of Plainview. Jana worked for  Plainview Health Care for over 10 years. Before her passing she worked as the building manager for Christian Manor where the tenants and staff loved and cherished her. Jana enjoyed riding horses, going to the lake, and anything outdoors. She was a light in the dark and will guide us through our days. She will be dearly missed as she spreads her wings to watch over us. We love you and miss you.

Those left to cherish her memory is her father; Jim Whatley, three daughters; Jaime Bayley and husband, Victor, Jennifer Coil, and Heather Brewer. Jana was blessed with 8 grandchildren whom she loved dearly.

Jana is preceded in death by her mother; Judy Whatley and a brother; Jason Whatley.
