Gloria Jane Stewart Isaacs, 89, of Plainview, departed from this earthly world and entered heaven's gates on December 11, 2020.

Gloria was born on September 7, 1931 to Sid and Vina Stewart in Canadian, Texas. Gloria was raised on a ranch in McLean and Canadian Texas. She graduated from McLean High School in 1950. She was very active in all school sports and was Homecoming Queen her senior year.  She married Aaron Troy Isaacs on July 1, 1950 and were married for 68 years. Gloria went on to help Aaron become a pioneer in the wet milling, grain, and cattle industries for over 40 years.  Aaron and Gloria were members of Northwest Church of Christ in Plainview.

Gloria never missed any of her sons school activities and loved working in her yard, flowerbeds, and garden.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sons; Felton Isaacs of Amarillo and Lesley Isaacs and wife, Katherine, of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, four grandchildren; Grant Isaacs, Kayla Isaacs, Kyle Isaacs, and Kim Isaacs.

Gloria is preceded in death by her parents; Sid and Vina Stewart, husband; Aaron Troy Isaacs, a son; Troy Jehu Isaacs, and two sisters and a brother.

A memorial service will be held at Northwest Church of Christ on Saturday, March 20, 2021, at 2 p.m. with Jay Henderson officiating.
