Geneva (Lang) Parr, 78, of Plainview, went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 30, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. at United Baptist Church on Wednesday, August 14, 2019. Interment will follow at Plainview Memorial Park under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. A visitation will be held Tuesday, August 13, 2019 from 6-8 p.m. at Bartley Funeral Home

She was born to Dorthy Mae Lang in Perry, Texas on April 6, 1941. She attended Anderson High School.  She married Bennie Parr on August 2 ^nd .

Geneva was a long-time member of United Baptist Church and loved the Lord with her entire being. She will be remembered as a loving mother and dear friend.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children; Gary Parr of Plainview, Texas, Michael Parr and partner, Raylyn of Lockney, Texas, Ricky Parr and Eve of Lubbock, Texas, and Dwight Parr of Plainview, Texas. And a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and neices and nephews.

Geneva is preceded in death by her mother, Dorthy Mae Lang.
