Graveside services for Evelyn Hays, 95 of Plainview will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 21, 2016 in Plainview Cemetery with Rev. Kyle Brock officiating. Evelyn passed away on Thursday, November 17, in Plainview. She was born on January 30, 1921 in Missouri to C.T. and Edna Fay Metcalf. She married Harvey "H.D." Hays on August 5, 1939 in Childress, Texas. She is survived by 1 son, Tommy Hays and wife June of Plainview and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, 2 sons and both parents. Services are under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home.
