Evangelina Perez , 89, of Plainview, TX, passed from this life on August 27, 2020.

Evangelina was born on December 31, 1931 in Tyler, Texas to Estevan and Maria Diaz. She was a very dedicated Guadalupana and member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Evangelina was a very outspoken woman who loved to spend time with her grandchildren.

She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and friend.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children; Mary Hill and husband, Michael, of Plainview, Valentine Perez and wife, Rosemary, of Tulia, and Jessie Perez of Amarillo, sisters; Paula Salazar and husband, Angel, of Wichita Falls, TX and Rosa Diaz of Plainview, and brothers; George Diaz of Wichita Falls, TX, and Lupe Diaz and wife, Margaret, of Plainview. Evangelina was blessed with 15 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Gloria is preceded in death by her parents, husband; Frank Perez, sisters; Josephine Vallejo, Bertha Vera, Domitila Ramos, Sanaida Molina and Lydia Sandoval, brother; Ernest Diaz.
