A Memorial Service for Estella "Stella" Hogan, 54, of Plainview will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Garland Street Church of Christ in Plainview with Pastor Steve Gaunt officiating and assisted by Pastor Joel Perez.  Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home of Plainview. Stella passed from this life on March 14, 2018 in Lubbock.

Stella was born on March 18, 1963 in Brownfield to Jose B. and Petra (Pauda) Martinez. She attended and graduated from college with a bachelor's degree. She worked as a court reporter in Tennessee, a payroll clerk at Excel, and she was the Human Resource Assistant at TDCJ Wheeler unit. Stella married Neal Hogan on March 18, 2016 in Plainview. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband; Neal Hogan of Plainview, her step-son; Ryan Hogan of Tyler, eleven siblings; Maria Vera, Felis Nino and husband Juan, Tony Martinez, Rosie Flores and husband Johnny, Max Martinez and wife Nora, Juan Martinez and wife Maria, Luis Martinez, Lydia Ortegon and husband Raul, Rudy Martinez and wife Bertha, Gloria Ortegon and husband Randy, and Lisa Romero and husband David, also numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Jose and Petra Martinez.
