Elmer Hill, 75, of Plainview, passed away on December 2, 2020. A memorial will be scheduled for a later date.

Elmer was born to Denver and Annie Hill on April 28, 1945 in Honey Grove, Texas.

Those left to cherish his memory is his children; Barbara Hill and spouse, Richard McKelvy, of Plainview, Elliot K. Heads Hill of Fort Worth, Texas, LaDonna Heads of Plainview, Karen Allen of Plainview, Tawanna Harrison Hill of Plainview, Kosha Hill of Colorado, EJ Hill of Colorado, AJ Hill of Colorado, JJ Hill of Colorado, Shalena Hill of Colorado, and Tanisha Hill of Colorado, brothers; Roscoe Hill of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Albert Hill of Plainview.

Elmer is preceded in death by his parents; Denver and Annie Hill and his wife; Elsie Hill.
