Memorial services for Darin Cook, 50 of Plainview will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, December 19, 2014 at College Heights Baptist Church with Rev. Jason Smith officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 18 at the funeral home. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. Darin died Thursday, December 11, 2014. He was born August 27, 1964 in Plainview, Texas to Don and Lannie Skaggs Cook. Survivors include his parents, Don and Lannie Cook of Plainview; 1 brother, Kevin Cook and wife Sallie Crockett Cook of Bedford, Texas; 1 sister, Shana Cook Pierce and husband Butch and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. Darin's family appreciates the caring friendship and help given by Eva Cabrera, her family and his many friends.
