Funeral services for Dale Harris, 59, of Lubbock will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday June 14, 2013 at South Park Baptist Church with Rev. Doug Kello officiating. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. A visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday at the church. Services are under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home of Plainview.

Mr. Harris passed away on Monday June 10, 2013 in Lubbock. He was born on August 31, 1953 in Lubbock to Elmer Harris and Mary Evelyn Bell. He married Cheryl Harris on September 19, 1987 in Lubbock. He was a graduate of Monterey High School Class of 1972, owned and operated Pestime Elimination Service and was a member of South Park Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Cheryl Harris of Lubbock; one son, Michael Dale Harris of Lubbock; one brother, Ronnie Harris of Lubbock; two sisters, Janelle Thornton and husband Bruce of Lubbock, Mary "Cookie" Green and husband Jim of Florida; a host of nieces and nephews.
