Corina Dominguez, 78, of Plainview, departed from this life and entered heaven's gates on November 4, 2020. Services will be held at Bartley Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 10 a.m.

Corina was born on June 16, 1942 to Enrique and Conrada Dominguez in Raymondville, Texas. She attended Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. Corina was a homemaker and seamstress who did immaculate work. She had a big heart and loved her children and grandchildren more than anything. Corina will be remembered as a wonderful mother, grandmother, and friend.  She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Corina is survived by her mother; Conrada Dominguez of Plainview, her children; Jesus Mata of Plainview, Esperanza Mata of Plainview, Connie Galvan and husband, Genaro, of Plainview, Bruna Mata of Plainview, Jerry Mata of Plainview, and George Mata of Amarillo. She was also blessed with 46 grandchildren and 87 great-grandchildren whom she loved dearly.

Her partner of 27 years, Ciro Alegre, will also cherish her memory.

She is preceded in death by her father; Enrique Dominguez, children; Virginia Dominguez, Guadalupe Mata, and Chriselda Mata, grandchildren; James Mata, Crystal Perez, German Mata, and Joseph Mata.
