Memorial services for Concepcion "Concha" Rodriguez, 80 of Plainview will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at Bartley Memorial Chapel. Concha passed away on Sunday, December 21 in Lubbock. She was born December 8, 1934 in Eagle Pass, Texas to Sylvester and Candelaria Briones. She married Bidal Rodriguez on September 28, 1968 in Tulia. She is survived by 4 daughters, Petra Balles, Candelaria Tonche and husband Mike, Blanca Lopez and husband Paul and Leticia Rodriguez all of Plainview; 2 brothers, Enrique Briones of Plainview and Ricardo Briones and wife Margarita of Tulia; 10 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bidal Rodriguez.
