Funeral services for Charles Dipprey, 84 of Kress, Texas will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 30, 2015 at Bartley Memorial Chapel with Rev. Kerry Drake officiating. Burial will follow in Lockney Cemetery under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. Mr. Dipprey died Tuesday April 28 in Kress. He was born February 22, 1931 in Seymour, Texas to John Warden "Boots" and Daisy Mae (Welch) Dipprey. He is survived by 3 daughters, Deelane & Larry Buske of Kress, Charla & Ron Carthel of Lockney, and Lisa & Jackie Scott of Kress; 1 brother, Dub & Doylene Dipprey of Lockney; 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by both parents; his wife, Betty Dipprey and 1 sister, Collene Mahagan.
