Candelaria Galvan, 80, of Hart, Texas, departed from this earthly world and entered heaven's gates on November 7, 2020. Mass service will be held at St. Johns Catholic Church on Friday, November 13, 2020 at 10 a.m in Hart, Texas. Interment will follow at Hart Cemetery A rosary will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2020 starting at 6 p.m.
Candelaria Galvan was born on February 2, 1940 to Macario Galando and Hilaria Hernandez in San Ignacio, Mexico. She was a long time member of St. Johns Catholic Church.
Candelaria enjoyed the outdoors and tending to her plants. She loved gardening. She was a very smart and intelligent woman who was known to be a bit stubborn at times. She was strong willed and a very faithful servant of God. Candelaria loved and cherished the time spent with her grandchildren. They were so special to her. She will be remembered as a wonderful mother and grandmother.
Those left to cherish her memory are her two daughters; Maria Pennington and husband, Rick, of Wray, Colorado and Anna Gagnard and husband, Adam, of Hart, Texas, grandchildren; Felicia Cornelison and husband, Donny, Clint Fowler and wife, Stephanie, Nathan Fowler and wife, Monica, Mark Galvan and wife, Alexis, Chelsey Rosalez, Priscilla Gagnard, and Kasandra Gagnard, great-grandchildren; Aaryn, Desiree, Makayla, Taylor, Mason, Madison, Nohlin, Taliyah, Kiana, Elijah-Cole, Jaden, Matthew, and Jacob, one great-great grandchild; Rylee.
Cacdelaria is preceded in death by her parents; Macario and Hilaria Galando and her husband; Pedro Galvan.
