Memorial Service will be held Saturday, July 15, 2023, at 10:00 AM at Gethsemane Baptist Church, Plainview, Texas with Pastor David Ramos Officiating.

Bonifacio Garza Luna, Jr. was born on December 29, 1967, to Bonifacio Garza Luna, Sr. and Francisca Luna in Corpus Christi, Texas, and passed away on July 9, 2023, 55, in Plainview, Texas.

Bonifacio was with the love of his life, Marsha Harmon for 13 years, which Marsha passed away a few weeks before Bonifacio.

He was a man of many trades, in his career path he was a farmer, he was an auto mechanic, and he worked at Cargill Meat Packing for several years.

Bonifacio enjoyed fishing, cooking out, and he loved music. He would tell his family, check out this music video on YouTube.  He loved all kinds of music, but his favorite was classic rock.  He adored his Timber Wolf fur baby "Wolfie". He was a pet lover and tried to feed all stray animals.

Those left to cherish Bonifacio' s memory his mother: Francisca Luna; his children: Bianca Luna, Lazaro Luna, Eleazar Luna, all of Plainview; Desiree (Landon) Urban of Houston; and Damian (Jessica) Luna of Amarillo;  his sisters: Telma (Roy) Balderaz, Rosario (Jessie) Luna, and Lori May (Daniel) Lopez;  his brothers: Luis Aguirre (Janie) Luna, Jose Angel (Elisa) Luna, Rafael Guadlupe (Mary) Luna, Ernesto Luna, Herman Henry (Maria) Luna, John Lee (Prescillia) Luna, Luis Angel Luna, and 9 grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by: his Father, Bonifacio Garza Luna, Sr, his wife: Marsha Harmon, his son: Jeremiah Luna.

The family would like to thank Stevie and Veronica Rodriquez and  Interim Hospice for taking good care of "Bo" and a special thank you to:  Shonda Guthrie, Rebecca Brue, Evany Reed, Jana Marshall, Jackie Hernandez, Heather McCallick, Connie Baton, Ana Rey, Nicole Ascencio.
