Funeral services for Billy Dean Ridlehuber, 89 of Plainview will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 3, at Calvary Baptist Church in Plainview with Rev. Jeremy Gilbert officiating. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 5 in Ridge Park Cemetery in Hillsboro, TX under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, February 2 at the funeral home. Mr. Ridlehuber died Sunday, January 31, 2016 in Amarillo. He was born December 29, 1926 in Woodbury, Texas to Henry and Delia (Harrison) Ridlehuber. Billy served in the United States Army during WWII. He was a member of the Yellowhouse Masonic Lodge in Lubbock and a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Plainview. He is survived by 2 daughters, Val Ridlehuber of Stinnett, TX and Cindy Benedict and husband Jack of Lubbock; his ex-wife, Shirley Ridlehuber of Stinnett, TX; 2 brothers, James Ridlehuber of Whitney, TX and Joe Ridlehuber of Euless, TX; 1 sister, Valda Bradley of Lubbock; 3 granddaughters, Jodee Smith, Brandee Bowen and Kristen Ferguson; 4 grandsons, Braden Benedict, Rocky Ferguson, Jr., Dustin Ferguson and Stonie Ferguson; 4 great grandchildren, Destiny Ferguson, Rocky Ferguson III, JR Bowen and Jasper Smith. He is preceded in death by both parents and 3 brothers, Eugene, Garland and Harold Ridlehuber.
