Billy Eugene Hill, 88, met his Lord and Savior on July 18, 2024.  Billy was born in Ravenna, TX on March 26, 1936, to Juanita Brewster and George Hill.  He attended Bonham High School.  He married Maye Moore in Paris, Texas on December 22, 1955.  They were married 68 years & 7 months.  Together they have 7 wonderful children.

Billy farmed most of his young adult life.  He worked at Excel for 25 years and Walmart for 10 years.  He was faithful member of United Baptist Church.  He served as a deacon until his health failed.

He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.  Billy enjoyed giving his grandkids a hard time, but he loved them dearly.  He was the best PaPa to his grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grands.  He loved his family.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Maye, one sister, Erma of Houston, three sons, Billy Joe (Elnetia) of Lockney, Charles (Sheila) of Lubbock, Michael "Smokey" (Mary) of Plainview, two daughters, Rhonda of Plainview and Thelma Jean Harris (Kurt) of California, 28 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, eight great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Juanita Hill, two daughters, Shernita Hill and Rosalind Hill Cooper.
