Graveside service for Bill B. Ballinger, 93 of Plainview will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 22, 2016 in Plainview Memorial Park. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. Mr. Ballinger died October 18, 2016 in Plainview. He was born September 29, 1923 in Era, Texas to Luther Hale and Veda Anderson Ballinger. He married Beverly Nan Johnson on April 15, 1949 in Perryton, Texas. He was a Veteran of WWII and was in the Automobile Business in the Plainview area for 35 years. He is survived by his wife, Beverly Nan Ballinger of Plainview; 1 granddaughter, Rachel Stalcup and husband Chase of Plainview; 1 daughter-in-law, Arlene Aven Ballinger of Plainview; 2 nephews, Steve Ballthrop of Electra, TX and Ron Pierce of Jacksonville, TX. He is preceded in death by 1 son, Randy Ballinger.
