Betty Lorene (Lynch) Bradley
On Monday, June 5, 2017, Betty Lorene Bradley, 78, took the hand of her Lord and together they went to her eternal home.
Chapel services for Ms. Bradley will be at 10 a.m. Friday, June 9, 2017, at Bartley Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Hale Center Cemetery. Her family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, June 8, at the funeral home. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Bartley Funeral Home of Plainview.
Betty Lorene Lynch was born Feb. 13, 1939, in Quitaque, Texas, to Eugene and Lorene Elizabeth (Hahn) Lynch. Betty married Buck Bradley on Jan. 16, 1975, in Hale Center.
She grew up in Hale Center and attended Hale Center schools. An accomplished artist, she worked on the murals in downtown Hale Center.
Betty had a great love for her children and her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Buck; parents, Eugene and Lorene Lynch; sister, Lou Ann Lynch; daughter Cynthia Morris; and granddaughter, LaDonna McWhinney.
Those left to cherish her memory include her four daughters, Linda Crisp of Hale Center, Carol McGill and husband Ricky Reese of Plainview, Susie and Donnie Grasso of Lubbock and Ragenia Phillips of Hale Center; one son, David Bradley of Twin Falls, Idaho; brother, William "Shorty" Lynch of Woodrow; and one sister, Ragenia Hardy of Mena, Arkansas, 12 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Grandsons will be pallbearers.
