Visitation services will be held Tuesday, August 29, 2023, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Bartley Memorial Chapel. Funeral Services will be held, Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at 10:00 AM at First United Methodist Church, Plainview, Texas. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Bartley Funeral Home, Plainview, Texas.

Bailey Aynsley Settle passed away August 16, 2023. He was born on May 8, 1996. His mother and father Raquel Settle and Rogelio Flores, Jr raised him in Plainview, Texas where he was born. He graduated from Plainview High School and had some college.

Bailey attended Plainview Family Church of the Nazarene. He loved God, he loved being a father to his son Zekiel, he enjoyed spending time with his family, he was a go-getter and hardheaded. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorn's fan. He was an influencer among his peers and considered his friends like family. He was a daredevil, he joked, laughed, and loved big. He had a huge heart, and he would do anything for anyone, stranger, or friend.

He enjoyed 10 years in the food industry where he worked at Leal's in Plainview and as a kitchen manager at Picoso's Mexican Kitchen in Lubbock. He had just started his new career as general manager at Pep Boys, he was immensely excited to start a new chapter in his life.

Those left to cherish Bailey's memory are his mother, Raquel Settle of Plainview, his father, Rogelio Flores, Jr. of Hale Center, his son, Zekiel Wyatt Settle, his sister, Hannah Flores, his brothers, Steven Avery Settle and Dillon Beverage.

Bailey is preceded in death by his grandmother, Irma Luna; Aunt Veronica Woods, great-grandparents, Joe and Roberta Settle, and his beloved doggie Kush.
