Funeral Mass for Aurora Garcia, 84 of Plainview will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, March 4, 2013 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Rev. Arsenio Redulla officiating. Interment will follow at Lockney Cemetery. A rosary will be recited at 6:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home.

Mrs. Garcia passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2013 in Plainview. She was born on July 12, 1928 in Orange Grove, TX to Fidencio and Juanita Pena. She married Braulio Garcia, Sr. on May 20, 1942 in Edroy, TX. She was a homemaker and member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Survivors include three daughters, Gloria Gomez and husband Jim of Plainview, Connie Easterwood and husband Carl of Amarillo, Aurora Lopez and husband Leroy of Slaton;
three sons, Braulio Garcia Jr. and wife Celia of Seguin, TX, Dimas Garcia of Plainview, Hector Garcia of Slaton; one brother, Andres Pena of Victoria, TX; 21 Grandchildren, 22 Great-Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Grandchild.
