Graveside services for Artemia Hernandez, 84 of Plainview will be at 10:00 a.m Friday, April 11, 2014 in Plainview Cemetery under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. A rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Mrs. Hernandez passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2014. She was born in Mexico to Francisco and Concepsion Moreno. She married Leonardo Hernandez in 1951 in Mexico. She is survived by 3 sons, Leonard Hernandez and wife Brenda of Lewisville, TX, Fermin Hernandez and wife Margie of Fort Worth and Joe F. Hernandez and wife Teresa of San Marcos, TX; 3 daughters, Liliaesther Hernandez of Plainview, Olivia Goldsmith of Sherman and Rosalina Barraza and husband Jaime of Lubbock; 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband.
