Antonio "Tony" Cisneros Sanchez went to be with his Lord and Savior on February 19, 2024, surrounded by his family, at his home in Plainview, Texas.  A visitation will be held on Friday, February 23, 2024, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, at Bartley Memorial Chapel.    A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Plainview First Assembly with Rev. Juan Varela  Officiating.  Burial to follow at Plainview Cemetery.

Tony was born on January 17, 1958, to Bernabe Sanchez and Eulalia Cisneros in Mathis, Texas.  Tony was a loving kind man who enjoyed life, he was very giving and always helped anyone he could. During most of his working years, he was a Millwright in Agriculture. He will be remembered for his passion for music; he was a vocalist in a conjunto band. Tony will be missed when the family has cookouts. He liked to cook for them and was always joking around.  He cherished going cruising with his dad and eating a "Tony Burger" at Just 4 Fun. He was a big Pittsburg Steelers fan.

He is survived by his father, Bernabe Sanchez, his loving wife, Dora Sanchez, his six children, Enrique (Jan) Sanchez, Marivel Sanchez (Martin Hernandez), Val (David) Lopez, Alyssa (Gilberto) Molina, Kami Montes (Nohemi Estrada) and Michael Robert Sanchez all of Plainview, TX.  His three sisters Josie Rodriquez of Lubbock, TX, Isabell Pizana of Plainview, TX, and Stella Marroquin of Plainview, TX.  His brother, Michael (Sandy) Sanchez of Plainview, TX. His 20 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Tony was preceded in death by his mother, Eulalia Sanchez, his brother, Bernabe Felix Sanchez, and his sister, Christina Sanchez.
